Customer care manager

Our team of specialist insurance brokers in Antwerp is looking for a committed and polyvalent colleague !

If you like to :

• handle customer related tasks, as a reliable support for Anglo Belge’s account managers and as a trusted point of contact for both clients and insurance companies
• manage the administrative flows related to insurance contracts in the diamond, jewellery and art sectors

And if you are someone who :

• shares our values : commitment, excellence and reliability
• works rigorously and consider administration with a commercial mindset
• is a team-player
• has affinity for valuables, jewellery, art
• has a good sense for communication, intercultural adaptability and an excellent grasp of English and French
• holds a bachelor or master degree and/or have undergone training in insurance (PCP) and/or have been active in the sector for at least 3 years.
